About

We are a faith-based health clinic for adults over 18 years old who do not have health insurance and cannot afford healthcare. We care for our community.
We prefer that you make an appointment, but we will do our best to see walk-in patients.
We can manage high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, heart problems, kidney problems, trouble breathing, or almost any chronic medical condition. If you have a new and serious problem, we will do our best to take care of you, but may need to send you to a nearby Emergency Department.
Even if you haven’t seen a doctor recently, we would like to care for you.
We are not able to prescribe controlled substances. We manage pain without narcotics or opiates.
We want to work together with you, to improve your health and well-being. You and your doctor will talk about your treatment plan, including medications and tests.
We are here for you. Your first visit is free, and after that we will charge only what you can afford.
We will treat you with kindness and respect, and we expect that you will treat us the same way. Our clinic is a healing environment and we do not tolerate aggressive behaviors of any kind. We also ask that you call the clinic if you know that you are unable to keep your appointment, so that we can help you reschedule.

We are Purpose Point Community Health, and we look forward to caring for you.
